1 Minced Mutton 1 kg.
2 Ginger Garlic paste 1 Table spoon
3 Mixture of ground spices (Garam Masala) 1 teaspoon
4 Coriander leave 50 gm.
5 Yogurt 250 gm.
6 Ghee/Cooking oil 2 table spoons
7  Almonds Small cut pieces, two table spoons
8 Butter 1½ tablespoon
9 Onion (Cut in small lengthwise pieces) ½ onion
10 Salt 1½  teaspoon
11 Red Chilli 2 teaspoon
12 Lemon for garnishing 1 lemon
13 Tomatoes(Cut from centre and takeout the inner part in a bowl using a knife) 2 pieces


 How to cook Badami Mutton Qeema:

  1. Firstly cut the almonds in small pieces.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and let them be goilden brown
  3. Remove almonds from butter once done, add cooking oil and fry onion til golden brown.
  4. Now add minced mutton, ginger garlic paste, mixed spices, yougurt, red chilli, and salt to the pan containing golden brown onions.
  5. Add tomatoes inner juice once the water is about to dry and cook till the water is dry again.
  6. Now sprinkle the almonds over the dish and cover the lid, heat the dish for two more minutes.
  7. Use tomatoes outer, lemon and coriander to garnish.
  8. Serve with pratha spreardover  with a teaspoon of butter.
