Ingredients for Banana Berry Almond Smoothie:

1 Banana 1 whole
2 Strawberries 6 pieces
3 Vanilla powder 1 tablespoon
4 Honey To taste
5 Yogurt 5 tablespoon
6 Almond Butter 2 tablespoon
7 Almond Milk ½ cup
8 Almonds (to garnish) 10 grams
9 Ice Cubes (optional) 4-5 cubes

 

Procedure for preparing Banana Berry Almond Smoothie:

  1. Peel the banana and chop roughly.
  2. Pour in all the ingredients in the electric blender and blend. Make sure to blend all the ingredients well.
  3. Transfer the smoothie in a glass and garnish with crushed almonds.
  4. Healthy banana berry almond smoothie is ready to be served.

Tips:

  • If vanilla powder not available, banana flavored powder can be used.
  • Garnish the smoothie with chunks of strawberries and almonds.
