1 Banana 3 large
2 Milk 1 litre
3 Sugar 250 grams
4 Eggs 3
5 Flavoured Essence Few drops

How to prepare Banana Pudding:

  1. Boil milk till 750 litres (3 pao) remain.
  2. Cut small and thin slices of banana and mix into milk.
  3. Whisk the banana and milk mixture till it becomes lumpy (khoye ki tarahn).
  4. Beat egg whites and yolks separately with added flavoured essence.
  5. Add sugar to egg mixtures and mix well.
  6. Now combine egg whites and yolks mixture together.
  7. Take a pot (deghchi). Mix eggs and banana mixture.
  8. Tightly cover the pot and Let it cook on a very low flame.
  9. Check the cooked pudding after 15 minutes. If the surface colour has changed and pudding seems had(jaisay jam jayeh) then take the pot off the flame.
  10. Let it cool at room temperature then refrigerate
  11. Tip: serve with chilled banana slices and whipped creame.
