How to Cook Chicken Haryali
- Grind the coriander leaves, onion and green chilies with the yogurt.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken unit it become brown, add the mixture of the yogurt and onion, coriander leaves and green chilies , black pepper powder, white pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and cook it for 10 minutes and until the meat become tender.
- Garnish the dish with coriander leaves green chilies and ginger.
The dish is enrich in vitamin C, protein, and vitamin A, D, E and K. it’s a good source of minerals and have little amount of fat calories.
