Chicken Haryali recipe

1 Chicken pieces ¾ kg
2 Oil 5-7tbsp
3 White pepper 2tsp
4 Coriander powder 1tsp
5 Coriander leaves ½ cup
6 Green chilies 8-10 pieces
7 Yogurt 1cup
8 Black pepper powder 1tsp
9 Salt as required
10 Ginger paste 1tsp
11 Garlic paste 1tsp
12 Onion sliced 1 medium
13 Ginger (Julien cut) 2tbsp

How to Cook Chicken Haryali

  1. Grind the coriander leaves, onion and green chilies with the yogurt.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken unit it become brown, add the mixture of the yogurt and onion, coriander leaves and green chilies , black pepper powder, white pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and cook it for 10 minutes and until the meat become tender.
  3. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves green chilies and ginger.
