1 Chicken pieces  ¾ kg
2 Tomato purry 2 cups
3 Coriander powder 1tbsp
4 Red chilies powder  1tsp
5 Turmeric powder  1tsp
6 Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
7 Green chilies raw 5 to 6 pieces
8 Ginger paste 1tsp
9 Garlic paste 1tsp
10 Ginger raw (Julien cut) 3tbsp
11 Oil 6tbsp
12 Salt as required
13 Lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to Cook Chicken Karahi

  1. Heat the oil in the pan fry the chicken until it become lite brown.
  2. Add tomato purry, turmeric powder, red chilies powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste. lemon juice and salt, in the fried chicken cook for about 15 minutes until the meat becomes tender and the curry changes its color to dark orange and oil separates from the curry.
  3. Add 1tbsp of raw ginger and green chilies  and  cook for 1 minute.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and rest ginger.
