1 Chicken ( boneless cubes) ½ kg
2 Cream 2tbsp
3 Yogurt 2tbsp
4 papaya paste ¼ tsp
5 White pepper 1tsp
6 Salt as required
7 Ginger garlic paste  2tsp
8 Red pepper 1tsp ( crushed)
9 All spice/ Garam Masala ½tsp to 1tsp
10 Green chilies 1tbsp (grinded)
11 Lemon juice 2tbsp
12 Almonds  2tbsp ( blanched and grinded)
13 Classified butter or oil for brushing

How to cook Chicken Malai boti

  1. Marinate the chicken cubes in a bowl with cream, yogurt, white pepper,papaya paste,  salt, ginger garlic paste, red pepper, all spice, green chilies, lemon juice and almonds. Leave it for 2 hours.
  2. Put on skewers, BBQ until nearly done.
  3. Brush the BBQ Skewers with remaining marinate and BBQ for  5 minutes more.
  4. Brush with with butter whenever neccessary.
