How to cook Chicken Malai boti
- Marinate the chicken cubes in a bowl with cream, yogurt, white pepper,papaya paste, salt, ginger garlic paste, red pepper, all spice, green chilies, lemon juice and almonds. Leave it for 2 hours.
- Put on skewers, BBQ until nearly done.
- Brush the BBQ Skewers with remaining marinate and BBQ for 5 minutes more.
- Brush with with butter whenever neccessary.
