Ingredients

1 Prawns (medium sized) ½ kg
2 Lemon juice 2 lemons
3 Salt To taste
4 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
5 Black pepper ½ teaspoon
6 All-purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
7 Milk 1 cup
8 Chat Masla ½ teaspoon

How to Cook Crispy Fried Prawns:

  1. Wash prawns and drain the water. Apply lemon juice and set aside for one hour.
  2. Now add all-purpose flour (maida), milk, salt, red chilli and black pepper to the prawns and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a wok/karahi. Deep fry prawns on medium heat.
  4. Fried prawn colour should be golden or almond like; not red.

Tip: Serve with daal chawal or ketchup.
