How to Cook Crispy Fried Prawns:
- Wash prawns and drain the water. Apply lemon juice and set aside for one hour.
- Now add all-purpose flour (maida), milk, salt, red chilli and black pepper to the prawns and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok/karahi. Deep fry prawns on medium heat.
- Fried prawn colour should be golden or almond like; not red.
Tip: Serve with daal chawal or ketchup.
