Ingredients

1 Chickpeas  (boiled) 1/2 KG
2 Potatoes  (boiled and cubed) 250 grams
3 Green Chilies (finely chopped) 4 pieces
4 Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
5 Tomato (chopped) 1 piece
6 Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon
7 Salt 1 tablespoon
8 Granulated Sugar 1 tablespoon
9 Tamarind Chutney 1/2 cup
10 Chaat Masala 1 tablespoon
11 Pappri 1 cup
12 Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1/2 cup
13 Banana 1 piece
14 Pomegranate 1/2 cup

 

Procedure for preparing Healthy Chana Chaat:

  1. Take a bowl, pour  chickpeas, spices and vegetables. Mix until well combined.
  2. Garnish the chaat with tamarind chutney and crispy paapri.

Tips:

  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper to make the chaat more spicy.
