Ingredients

1 All-purpose flour / Maida ½ cup
2 Red Chili Powder ½ teaspoon
3 Salt ½ teaspoon
4 Paprika Powder ½ teaspoon
5 Butter 2 tablespoons
6 Black pepper 1 teaspoon
7 Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
8 Hot Sauce ¼ cup
9 Chicken Wings 8 to 10
10 Oil For frying

 

How to cook Hot Chicken Wings: 

  1. Mix together all-purpose flour, salt, red chili and paprika powder in a bowl.
  2. Put wings in the bowl and shake well covering the lid. All wings should be coated. Refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and fry garlic paste. Now add pepper and hot sauce.
  4. Cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry wings till color changes or chicken is fully cooked through.
  6. Now put all the friend wings in a deep bowl and pour cooked sauce over them ensuring all wings are coated well.

Tip: Serve with mayo dip.
