Lahori Charga one of the most famous dishes in indo-Pak, bhabiskitchen has further added a flavor to this fabulous recipe, to make it a delight of its kind.

  1. chicken                                                  One Complete
  2. lemon                                                     5 pieces
  3. red chilli powder                               4 tablespoon
  4. turmeric powder                               1 teaspoon
  5. lemon juice                                          4 tablespoon
  6. cumin seed                                           2 tablespoon
  7. dry mango powder (amchur)      5 tablespoon
  8. ajwain seed                                          ½ teaspoon
  9. galic paste                                            1 tablespoon
  10. ginger paste                                         1 tablespoon
  11. garlic paste                                          1 tablespoon
  12. coriander powder                            1 tablespoon
  13. talhar chilli paste                              4 tablespoon
  14. coriander leaf                                    50 gm
  15. Oil                                                           ½ litre
  16. Black salt as per taste
  17. Salt as per taste


How to cook Lahori Charga:

  1. Mix talhar chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed, coriander powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, Salt & lemon juice and marinate the chicken in it for an hour.
  2. Heat the oil into pan and fry chicken for fifteen minutes.
  3. Sprinkle Black salt powder, mango powder, ajwain powder, cumin powder chicken. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves.
