Ingredients for low fat strawberry kulfi:
|2||Greek Yoghurt (low fat)||1/2 cup|
|4||Cinnamon Powder||1 pinch|
Procedure for preparing low fat strawberry kulfi:
- Remove the top of the strawberries by inserting straw form the bottom . Cut the strawberries in half.
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend well until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into individual kulfi moulds or in a container and freeze overnight.
- Decorate the kulfi with sprinkle of strawberry juice and pistachios.
