|5||Lemon Juice||1 teaspoon|
|6||Olive Oil||3 tablespoons|
|7||White Pepper||½ teaspoon|
|8||Black Pepper||½ teaspoon|
Procedure for preparing Pineapple Salsa:
- Heat a grill-pan or a non-stick frying pan. Grill/fry pineapple cubes for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove pineapple from grill/pan and put it aside to cool.
- Prepare seasoning by mixing together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, white & black pepper.
- Take a serving bowl and put pineapple, apple, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Add seasoning and mix well.
- Refrigerate for one hour or until chilled.
