|1||All-purpose flour / maida||5 cups|
|2||Baking Powder||½ teaspoon|
|5||Milk Powder||3 tablespoons|
Procedure for preparing Pizza Dough:
- Take a bowl and mix together yeast, milk powder and sugar with water. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Mix baking powder in maida and sieve it together (chaan lein).
- When bubbles start to develop (bulbulay) in bowl of yeast mixture then stir it using a spoon.
- Mix this mixture with a spoon into maida mixture.
- Using water, start kneading the dough (goondh lein).
- Grease airtight bowl or pot (pateeli) with ghee and put the dough inside.
- Keep it at a warm place for 1 – 2 hours so that dough rises properly (khameer hojaye).
- Put your favorite pizza flavorings over this dough and start baking.
