S NO Ingredient Quantity
1 Mutton chops 1 kg.
2 Garlic & ginger paste 2 tablespoon
3 Papaya paste 2 tablespoon
4 Cumin powder 2 teaspoon
5 Oil  3 tablespoon
6 Lemon juice  2 tablespoon
7 Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
8 Yogurt  250 gm
9 Onion paste 2 tablespoon
10 Garam masala powder 2 teaspoon
11 Chat Masala 1 tablespoon
12 Tomatos 2 pieces
13 Salt  As per taste

How to cook Tandoori Chanpen:

  1. Mix garlic & ginger paste, papaya paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice , cumin powder, yogurt, onion paste, oil & gram masala and marinate mutton chops.
  2. Cut the tomatoes from top and squeeze their juice over the chops submerged in marinated mixture for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Bake the chops in oven on 180 degree.
  4. Give coal smoke once mutton is done.
  5. Sprinkle chat masala over the chops
  6. Now serve the dish with rayta, garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
