1. Chicken Thigh pieces complete 5 to 6
2. Vinegar (Sirka) 1/4 cup
3. Lemon  juice ½ cup
4. Red Chilli powder 2 teaspoon
5. Chat masala 1 teaspoon
6. Salt ½ teaspoon
7. Yougurt  (Curd) 2 cups
8. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
9. Fresh cream 2  tablespoon
10. White Chilli ¼ teaspoon
11. Baisan 2 tablespoon
12. Oregano powder ¼ to ½ teaspoon
13. Garlic paste 2  tablespoon
14. Eggs 2 pieces
15 Oil 2 teaspoon
16 Orange Food colour ½ teaspoon


How to Cook  Chicken Tandoori:

  1. Give Shallow cut to chicken pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and marinate chicken in it for 2 hours.
  3. Put the chicken in pre-heated oven till the chicken is done and masala becomes dry.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves. Round cut onion rings and lemon
  5. Serve with Ketchup.
