Ingredients for vanilla coconut shake:

1 Peach 4 pieces
2 Ice cubes 1 cup
3 Coconut Milk 1 cup
4 Sugar 1 tablespoon
5 Vanilla  Ice cream 4 scoops
6 Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon
7 Desiccated Coconut For garnish


Procedure for preparing vanilla coconut shake:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined and blended.
  2. Pour the vanilla coconut shake in serving glass. Garnish it with desiccated coconut and serve immediately.



  • More sugar can be added according to the taste.
  • Peaches can be replaced with fresh or frozen bananas.
