Type: Herbal Treatment


1 Lemon Preferable small sized cut into half
2 Honey 1 tablespoon
3 Water 1 to 1½    liter
 4 Ginger ½ by ½ by ½ inch piece


How to make the Weight Loss Formula:

  1. Take 1 ½ litre of water in a Glass jug.
  2. Add half lemon piece in it.
  3. Add 1 table spoon of honey to the above mixture and add ginger as well
  4. Put the jug in refrigerator in the night and start using in the morning.

How to this formula:

The most important part is how to use the formula

  1. Take this water with you in proper thermal container to your work place or if you are staying at home put this jug outside refrigerator in a cold place, somewhere in easy reach.
  2. Drink 2 to 3 glasses of this water till noon. Try to finish this water completely by evening, don’t put in very hot area exposed to sunlight
  3. If you are using a big sized lemon, after three days of continuous use, reduce the lemon piece to ¼ of the lemon and keep using. if you are using small lemons no need to reduce it.
  4. Don’t drink this water directly from the container, use a glass.
  5. Don’t drink while standing and in one gulp of water from the glass.
  6. Drink the water like one gulp then take a breath, Say Subhan-Allah, then two gulps and take a breath, say Alhamdulliah and then 3 gulps Say Allah-ho-Akbar (this is the Sunnah way to drink water scientifically proven to be the best way to drink water that prevents you from being unhealthy)
  7. Say “Bismillah-e-Wa-Barakatillah-e”  before drinking thinking that May Allah put barkat in it and give you the benefit you want from this recipe, also say this when you are preparing it in the night for the use the next day.
  8. Don’t drink water immediately after lunch or breakfast give a gap of minimum half hour or more.
  9. If you feel the water has become bitter even in room temperature it might be due to peel of lemon, smell water if it is ok to drink and not rotten.
  10. It is very important to take care that do not use disposable water bottle to carry it with you, to the work place. Use a proper Thermal bottle.
  11. You will start feeling the difference in a week or max 10 days.
  12. People who are not fat but trying to maintain can also use this recipe.
